Lisanna eventually found Natsu to be extremely sweet and adorable, even asking him to be her husband in the future, which she dismissed as a joke when Natsu grew visibly agitated and red. Lisanna taunted Natsu in a same way from then on. Is Natsu and Lucy involved in the 100-year quest?

This is a strange stance for Natsu considering his bravado, but the wizard is far from stupid. This academic take on the hero highlights it, and fans like Lucy's blushing around her pal. Lucy, on the other hand, is largely targeted, and as a result, she constantly blushes when her connection with Natsu is discussed. After more than three years in the FT fandom and countless viewings of every FT episode/readings of every FT manga chapter, I can declare with certainty that Lucy has a crush on Natsu.
